Aerotek is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Industrial Maintenance Technician opening in Little Rock, AR. JOB DESCRIPTION *Position will include troubleshooting and repair of industrial manufacturing processing and packaging equipment, as well as troubleshooting and repair of facilities support equipment. *Key responsibilities will include performed scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment including replacing failed components such as bearings, motors, starters, mechanical assemblies, etc. *Provide emergency/unschedule repairs of production equipment during production. *Position will include working with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, material conveying systems, pumping systems, performing welding, cutting, and general facilities maintenance. We are looking for permanent-minded candidates that have previous experience working in manufacturing maintenance. JOB REQUIREMENTS *High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent *1-3 years previous experience in a manufacturing technician role preferred *Must have ability to perform 480v 3phase troubleshooting *Familiar with PLC control systems a plus **Drug Screen and Background Check is required upon employment.
